What Are Irregular Periods?

Menstruation is a part of the menstrual cycle where the lining of the uterus gets shed and you experience bleeding from the womb and get excreted through the vagina. The problem of irregular periods has become very common in the present generation due to a sedentary lifestyle. In a healthy person, the regular menstrual cycle will be for every 28-35 days. It is very normal if your period gets delayed for five to seven days. Any delay more than the mentioned period is considered as irregular periods.

3. Ginger

The best way to take it is to boil the half spoon of grated ginger to a glass of water and drink it thrice a day.

 4. Fennel

Fennel helps in promoting the regular menstrual cycle. Women who are suffering from menstrual cramps or PCOS can add this to your diet. The best way to include in your diet soak the fennel seeds to a cup of water overnight. In the next morning strain the water and drink with an empty stomach.

 5.  Sesame Seeds

Take a handful of sesame seeds and dry roast and grind the roasted sesame seeds to a fine powder. Take one teaspoon of shredded jaggery and make it a fine powder by combing both. You can make the mixture into round balls and start consuming it on an empty stomach regularly. Where it helps to regulate the hormone imbalance and it is very good for people who are suffering from iron deficiency.
