How we live can have a very profound effect on the health and wellness of our overall being. A healthy lifestyle means choosing to make positive behavior changes as a part of an on-going, life process. 1. The emotional and practical support

- Keep your room as dark as possible.

- Adjust your bedroom darkness and light likely.

4. Start with light Exercises

Exercise during and after your cancer treatment. Exercising helps with muscular movements and helps in lessening fatigue, building strength and weight gain. Sitting or lying for strong periods of time will actually make your condition worse. Here is how you can start your fitness routine

- Make your mind for a fitness routine that is safe for you.

- Start with aerobic activity or skipping rope activity for 10 minutes. Take it from there one day at a time. Take a break in between if working out a lot tires you.

- Break your sitting habit by standing or walking around the house after every hour.

- Include strength training exercises once you get your main energy back.

5. Eat well
