Points need to remember:
- Only do that posture, which you can easily do.
- Do not force yourself to practice any posture.
- If you have pain in the knees, waist, or any other part, do not do Yogasana that pressurizes that part.
- If you had an injury before and are trying to recover from it, do not start doing yoga without consulting your doctor.
- When you start doing yoga, focus on your breathing.
- Initially, your body's fluency may be reduced. So do not be disappointed at the beginning of the effort.
- Only adopt a yoga style that is better and suitable for you.
