How to Fix Resolve QuickBooks Error -6135, -1005
Steps to fix issue:-
• Ensure we have opened company file in newest version of QuickBooks on which file was opened last time.
Go to File > Open or Restore company > <a href="https://www.smbaccountants.com/create-a-new-company-file-from-an-existing-one-quickbooks/">Open company file</a> > Browse for file and open it.
• Try to restart computer which contains company file, if file being used on stand along/server computer then restart computer and try to access data file.
• If file is used over network via server then the Re-Scan data base server manager. You have to go to main computer from where file is being hosted.
Go to Start >
All Programs >
QuickBooks Database Server Manager >
Add folder which contains company file and click on start scan.
Wait for confirmation “QuickBooks company file found”.
Now try opening company file again.
