Measuring and Hanging Vertical Blinds

To measure for this you should hold the measuring tape on one end and measure from one side of the window frame to the other and then from one end of the window frame to the opposite end. Mark the cord at the spot it became tight and release the cord. Pull it out again and make a knot at the tension spot. Now you can put the loop through the pulley again and open the vertical blinds.
